Crepe maker extraordinaire, and all round nice guy, Corey whips up a storm spinning crepes at many of our events, private functions and festivals. With a background in hospitality and a food focus, Corey is bound to make your day when it comes eating time.
Bringing his Belgian expertise to the table is Jano. To be found on a regular basis at our markets & events, Jano makes the impossible possible when it comes to producing the perfect crepe. Responsible for innovation at The Crepe & Coffee Co.
As the name may suggest, JP (as he is affectionately called) is a relatively new recruit from Argentina. JP has picked up the trade fast, spinning up some of the best crepes in Sydney. The Jimi Hendrix of The Crepe & Coffee Co.
As the name may not suggest, Nancy is also a native of Argentina, and wife of JP. Nancy, with her lovely smile, can sometimes be found working customer service at any one of our busy events, markets or festivals.
A native of Deutschland, Maria with her effervescent personality is a customer service natural. Maria may be found serving our wonderful customers at any number of our festivals, events & private functions. This is of course when she is not travelling & thrill-seeking.
Our second team member hailing from Deutschland, is little sister Julia. Julia is the ever attentive host at many of our private functions & events, and brings our teams average age down considerably. Customer service is Julia’s forte.
The better half of crepe maker extraordinaire, Corey, and we really do mean the better half. Amanda adds her sharp and attentive skills to our customer service focus, ensuring smooth delivery and that the crepes flow out seamlessly. Amanda can be spotted at many of our festivals, private functions & events.
